in a few months you will begin another phase of life as
you look into
the eyes of your little one. Many questions will come up as
you move
along this journey to parenthood.
If you've had any of these thoughts or
questions, then this Early Pregnancy Class is for
you.
This is a one night class designed to be
taken during your first five
months of pregnancy.

are:
medical vs. midwifery model of care
choosing a doctor or midwife that fits with your birth
philosophy
birth place options
nutrition and exercise
prenatal screening tests
evidence based medicine
